Celebrating Cohort 3 Graduation

We are proud to announce that our third cohort of Customer Experience Fellows has graduated! Congratulations to these CX stars for their hard work and dedication. After six weeks of learning customer experience and support best practices, they’re gearing up to start their new roles in tech.

The Customer Experience Fellowship provides trainees with the skills and job preparedness to obtain customer-focused roles in the growing innovation economy. Our curriculum is informed by an Industry Advisory Council composed of hiring managers and talent leaders in the tech sector, and covers essential digital skills and job-specific platforms including Zendesk, Intercom, and the Google Suite Certification.

Due to the ongoing COVID crisis, the instruction for Cohort 3 was primarily delivered via an online classroom. All of our Fellows are prepared for the future of work with training on Slack and Zoom, and experience with real-life remote work.

We cannot wait to see Cohort 3 Fellows thriving in their new CX roles.
