WHAT TO EXPECT FROM TRAINING:

Our free, 6-week bootcamp covers industry-standard customer support software platforms to prepare students for work in Customer Support in the tech sector. Students will receive job placement assistance and one-on-one coaching support for one year after graduation.

The course covers:

  • Google Suite Certification

  • Business Communication

  • Zendesk Support Platform

  • Email, Live Chat, Talk & In Person Support Best Practices

  • Job Shadowing & Mentorship from Customer Support Experts

ELIGIBILITY

The following are our core eligibility requirements:

  • 21-26 years old (note: we will gladly consider motivated applicants outside of this age range)

  • Must have a High School Equivalency or High School Diploma

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Qualify as low-income, under- or unemployed, receiving public assistance

  • Basic computer skills, including typing (preferred level: minimum 30 WPM)

  • 6 months previous job experience within the last two years (preferred experience includes retail work or other customer service centric roles)

  • Able to attend all classes (9am-5pm Monday-Friday) for six weeks and commit to working in the industry upon graduation

NEXT STEPS - ATTEND AN INFO SESSION

After you fill out the online interest form (above) we will call you to confirm your eligibility. Then you will:

  • Attend an info session

  • Take an employment skills test

  • Submit a writing sample 

  • Complete an in-person interview

Dates for upcoming information sessions: Bring your valid State ID. Prepare to stay for at least 2 hours. You must fill out the online interest form prior to attending, no other RSVP is required. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis. The Fall 2019 Bootcamp is now closed. Winter 2020 recruitment will begin again in December.
