Customer-Focused Tech Training

Our free 5-week training course covers industry-standard customer support software platforms to prepare students for work in Customer Experience, Customer Support, or Customer Success careers in the tech sector. Students will receive job placement assistance and one-on-one coaching support for one year after graduation.

Every student enrolled in the KindWork fellowship also participates in individualized career coaching for one year following job placement.
