Fellowship Details

We are now accepting applications for our Fall 2025 cycle starting in October 2025.

Our free 4-week training curriculum emphasizes professional communication and organizational skills, in addition to job-specific platform instruction to prepare students for work in Customer Experience and Customer Success careers in the tech sector. Training is hybrid (70% in-person, 30% remote). 

Fellows will receive job placement assistance and one-on-one coaching support for one year after placement. Please view our recorded information session below and visit our FAQ page for more info!

APPLICATION PROCESS

After completing an Interest Form, applicants have 2 weeks to attend an info session and submit a full application package.

1. Complete an Interest Form & Select an Upcoming Info Session Date That Works For You - use this link to check out our info session calendar
2. Attend a Virtual Info Session & Complete Application
– emailed to you
3. Complete Applicant Quiz – emailed to you
4. Interviewif selected to advance, we will reach out to schedule your Zoom interview
3. Attend Orientation – if selected to advance, we will send you an invite to orientation

eligibility

Please review the eligibility requirements below before applying:

  • 20-29 years old

  • High School Equivalency or High School Diploma

  • New York City resident, eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Low-income, under or unemployed, or receiving public assistance

  • Have basic computer skills, including typing 

  • 12 months of previous job experience (does not need to be continuous) 

  • Able to attend seven weeks of full-time training

  • Ready to work in the tech industry following graduation

  • Have access to a computer and internet*
