Training Overview
Our free 6-week training course covers industry-standard customer support software platforms to prepare students for work in Customer Experience, Customer Support, or Customer Success careers in the tech sector. We are now accepting applications for the Winter 2023 KindWork Fellowship which starts on January 9, 2023. Training currently takes place online with some in-person meetings required. Review the eligibility requirements below before applying.
ELIGIBILITY:
20-26 years old
Must have a High School Equivalency or High School Diploma
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Live in New York City
Are low-income, under or unemployed, or receiving public assistance
Have basic computer skills, including typing
Have access to a computer and internet*
6-12 months of previous job experience(s)
Able to attend all classes for six weeks
Ready to work in the tech industry following graduation
*KindWork will provide loaner laptops and/or internet assistance as needed

ATTEND An ONLINE INFO SESSION
After you fill out the online interest form (above) a KindWork coach will reach out to confirm your eligibility and invite you to attend a required information session. Following the information session, you will be asked to complete an application package that consists of an intake form and a short assessment. Based on your application, KindWork will invite you to a 1:1 interview.

All information sessions will take place online via Zoom. After completing the interest form, staff will reach out to invite you to an online information session where you will learn more about the
training program.
