Fellowship Details

We are now accepting applications for our Spring 2025 cycle starting April 2025.

Our free 7-week training curriculum emphasizes professional communication and organizational skills, in addition to job-specific platform instruction to prepare students for work in Customer Experience and Customer Success careers in the tech sector. Training is hybrid (70% in-person, 30% remote).
